Welcome the 2018 Write 31 Days series at A Beautifully Messy Life. I am so excited that you are here!
This October, I will be presenting a series called Write 31 Days: 31 Days of Intention. This series comes out of my own experience with feeling weighed down by the craziness of a fast-paced, hurried, and jam-packed life, and how it affected my emotions, my health, my thoughts, my relationships, and most of all, my faith. My hope is that through this month, you will find and create the space you need to make small shifts and changes in your own life, that will hopefully lead to positive, lasting changes that breathe life back into your body, mind, heart and soul.
Each day, we will set an intention to focus on a particular aspect of us or our lives that deserves attention or a refocus. I can’t wait for us to take this journey together!
